One of my favorite lunch spots in Wausau! If you haven’t been yet it’s a must! The best sandwich’s and homemade soups not to mention homemade ice cream and desserts! The staff is outstanding and so eclectic and cool! 319 is definitely my favorite!
This place has food that I would love to claim as my own. I certainly will be coming back. The atmosphere and the people working there are fantastic also. Don't skip their soups; they are out of this world.
This felt like walking into someone's home and having them welcome you as they would an old friend as they prepare and serve you an amazing meal. Charming ambiance - Service like nowhere else - Food that will make you want to return again and again. 5 Stars all the way!!
This must be one of Wausau's best kept secrets! The service, food and ambience of this restaurant is exceptional. The owner and staff are friendly and attentive making the entire dining experience memorable, that said we will be back. Worth mentioning, there is a City of Wausau parking lot right next to the restaurant and gallery.
First time I have been at the 319 Bistro. Never knew it existed but then again I am from the south side of town and don't go downtown very often. Lovely place! The people were very friendly and kind. The food was great! They offered homemade ice cream after lunch but I couldn't. The Cuban sandwich filled me up! Myself and my friend walked around to look at all the art, jewelry, etc. that was for sale. I look forward to visiting again!

What a lovely place! Exactly what people want when they come to a cozy Wisconsin town. Proud that this place is in my city. Tea carts, eclectic yet tasteful atmosphere, home-style seating, and welcoming service. We will be making this place our new regular place to eat! Did I mention $12 for a 3 course meal?
My friend took me to lunch here yesterday for my birthday. It was an amazing experience. The young waitress that helped us made sure we were happy with our meal, which was delicious, and even treated me to an ice cream along with a birthday card with a certificate. Thank you for making my birthday special.
The food here is delicious and well made, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere absolutely charming. Whether you are looking for a cozy, artsy atmosphere, a great meal, or even a pit-stop to find some beautiful, unique crystal jewelry or homemade vinegar, if you love the arts or a good dining experience, this is the place to be. Side note: Google Maps will take you to the wrong entryway. You are looking for the parking lot behind the church, and the bistro is inside the building behind the church, next to the Intermission bar.
We were traveling through the area and decided to stop at 319 Bistro for lunch, since it seemed like a cute little place. We are so glad we did ! What was supposed to be a simple lunch became a truly memorable experience… great food, awesome and kind people, and some neat galleries with handmade goods. All in all, we HIGHLY recommend 319 Bistro…if you have a chance, definitely visit there ! Andy and Valerie
